50 SIGNS OF NO COMPROMISE CHRISTIAN – Looks at the Signs, Fruit, & Evidences of a No Compromise Christian or True Believer from the Scriptures in God’s Word. The Purpose is to: Provoke, Exhort, and Stir the Hearts of all those who call themselves a Believer in Jesus Christ— Provoking Believers to Biblically become More & More Conformed into the Image of Jesus Christ in all we: Say, Think, or Do (1 Cor 10:31, 2 Cor 3:16-17,18). This is an SO4J Bible Study about Sanctification & Holiness for the Believer (1 Pet 1:14-17)— it is NOT a set of Rules or a List to Follow in order to be Saved.

PLEASE NOTE: SO4J-TV believes that we are Not Saved by Works – Eph 2:8-9 (Legalism), but our Faith is Proven by our Works (James 2:14-20, Matt 3:8). This is NOT a Bible Study on Obedience to Rules in order to be Saved, or about Legalism. If there is No Obedience to Gods Word (1 John 2:3-6, John 14:15) & one Continues In Sin (1 John 3:8-10) then we’ll have to Face the Terrifying Consequences of Heb 10:26-31 which Jesus Warns us about in Matt 7:21-23 where MANY who Thought they were Saved will spend Eternity in Hell. This is about how a True Believer should Reflect the GLORIOUS IMAGE OF CHRIST in our Lives (2 Cor 3:18, 2 Cor 5:17, Matt 5:16), by living HOLY & CLEAN lives (1 Pet 1:14-15,16-17) for GOD’S GLORY (1 Cor 10:31)— and Obey God’s Word out of a LOVE FOR JESUS (John 14:15,21,23-24, John 15:10,14, John 3:36, John 8:31, Luke 6:46).

SO4J-TV also understands that Christians are not perfect— they still Sin once in a while (so to speak – 1 John 2:1, 1 Cor 3:1-15). We want to reach out to those people who call themselves Christians— yet use the Grace of God as a License to Sin (Rom 6:1-23, Rom 6:15-16). We are concerned that there are MANY “Christians” (Matt 7:21-22, 23) who are NOT ready to face Jesus on Judgment Day (Heb 9:27). Our Aim is to provoke all of us to Examine our Faith with the God’s Word (2 Cor 13:5), and make sure that we are Biblically Saved, and Ready to Face Jesus on Judgment Day (2 Cor 5:10).

What are the Signs, Fruit, or Evidences of a No Compromise Christian?

1 – They Do Not Conform to the Things of This World – Their #1 Goal is to be Like Jesus

2 – They Love the Lord Their God with All Their Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength

• Mark 12:30 Jesus says, “You Must LOVE THE LORD Your God With All Your HEART, With All Your SOUL, With All Your MIND, and With All Your STRENGTH.”
• 1 Chronicles 28:9-10 “WORSHIP & SERVE the Lord with your WHOLE HEART and with a WILLING MIND. For the LORD sees EVERY HEART and UNDERSTANDS and KNOWS EVERY PLAN and THOUGHT. If you SEEK HIM, you will FIND HIM. But if you FORSAKE HIM, He will REJECT YOU FOREVER. So take this SERIOUSLY….Be STRONG, and do the WORK.”
• Matthew 10:37-39 Jesus says, “If you love your Father or Mother MORE than you LOVE Me, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE; or if you love your Son or Daughter MORE than Me, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE If you REFUSE to take up your CROSS and FOLLOW ME, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE. • 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 “Therefore, come out from them and SEPARATE yourselves from them, says the 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 (NASB) “Do NOT be BOUND TOGETHER with UNBELIEVERS; for what PARTNERSHIP have RIGHTEOUSNESS and LAWLESSNESS, or what FELLOWSHIP has LIGHT with DARKNESS? 15) Or what HARMONY has CHRIST with BELIAL (the DEVIL), or what has a BELIEVER in common with an UNBELIEVER? 16) Or what AGREEMENT has the TEMPLE of GOD with IDOLS? For we are the TEMPLE of the LIVING GOD; just as God said, “I will DWELL IN THEM and WALK AMONG them; and I will be their GOD , and they shall be My people. 17) “Therefore, COME OUT from THEIR MIDST and BE SEPARATE,” says the Lord. “And DO NOT TOUCH what is UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. 18) “And I will be a FATHER to you, and you shall be SONS and DAUGHTERS to Me,” says the Lord Almighty.”

• Titus 1:16 “Such people claim they know God, but they deny him by the way they live. They are detestable and DISOBEDIENT, worthless for doing anything good.”
• Philippians 4:17-19 “With the Lord’s authority let me say this: LIVE NO LONGER AS THE UNGODLY DO, for they are hopelessly confused. Their closed minds are full of darkness; they are far away from the life of God because they have shut their minds and hardened their hearts against him. They don’t care anymore about right and wrong, and they have given themselves over to immoral ways. Their lives are filled with all kinds of impurity and greed.”
• John 15:18-21 Jesus says, “If the World hates you, remember that it hated me first. The World would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but YOU ARE NO LONGER PART OF THE WORLD. I chose you to come out of the World, so it hates you. Do you remember what I told you? ‘A slave is not greater than the master.’ Since they Persecuted me, naturally they will persecute you. And if they had listened to me, they would listen to you. They will do all this to you because of me, for they have rejected the One who sent me.”

4 – They are Walking Down the Narrow Road of God’s Holiness – They are God’s Holy Remnant

• 1 Peter 1:14-17 “So you must live as God’s Obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. But now you must be HOLY in EVERYTHING YOU DO, just as God who chose you is HOLY. For the Scriptures say, “You must be HOLY because I am HOLY.” And remember that the heavenly Father to whom you pray has no favorites. He will Judge or Reward you according to what you DO. So you must live in reverent Fear of Him during your time as “foreigners in the land.”
• Isaiah 35:8 “And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of HOLINESS. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.”

Those who INDULGE IN SEXUAL SIN, or who Worship Idols, or COMMIT ADULTERY, or are male Prostitutes, or practice Homosexuality, or are Thieves, or Greedy people, or Drunkards, or are Abusive, or Cheat people—NONE OF THESE will INHERIT the Kingdom of God.”
• 1 Corinthians 15:33-34 “BAD COMPANY CORRUPTS GOOD CHARACTER. Come to your senses and stop sinning. For to your shame I say that some of you don’t even know God.”
• 2 John 1:10-11 “If anyone comes to you and does Not bring this Teaching (Teach the Truth about Christ), do NOT Receive him INTO YOUR HOUSE, and do NOT give him a Greeting (any kind of encouragement); for the one who gives him a Greeting (encourages him) PARTICIPATES IN HIS EVIL DEEDS.”

7 – They Do Not Compromise with the World by Listening to Worldly Music – They are True Worshipers of God

• John 4:23-24 Jesus says, “But the time is coming and is already here when TRUE WORSHIPERS will worship the Father in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. The Father is looking for ANYONE who will WORSHIP HIM THAT WAY. For God is Spirit, so those who Worship Him must worship in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.”

8 – The Do Not Look Up To Worldly Idols such as: Singers, Movie Stars, Sports Figures…

Those who Indulge in Sexual Sin, or who WORSHIP IDOLS, or Commit Adultery, or are Male Prostitutes, or Practice Homosexuality, or are Thieves, or Greedy people, or Drunkards, or are Abusive, or Cheat people—NONE of these will INHERIT the Kingdom of God.”

How terrible it will be for you who sprawl on ivory beds surrounded with luxury, eating the meat of tender lambs and choice calves. You sing idle songs to the sound of the harp, and you fancy yourselves to be great musicians, as King David was. You drink wine by the bowlful, and you perfume yourselves with exotic fragrances….The Lord God Almighty, says: “I DESPISE THE PRIDE and false glory of Israel (Worldliness), and I hate their beautiful homes. • Luke 13:30 Jesus says, “Some who are despised now will be Greatly Honored then; and some who are GREATLY HONORED NOW will be DESPISED then.”

9 – They Do Not Partner Up with Unbelievers and Those who Compromise Their Walk with Jesus

• James 4:4 “YOU ADULTERERS! Don’t you realize that FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD MAKES YOU AN ENEMY OF GOD? I say it again: If you want to be a Friend of the World (if your aim is to enjoy this World), you make yourself an ENEMY OF GOD.” 
• 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 (NASB) “Do NOT be BOUND TOGETHER with UNBELIEVERS; for what PARTNERSHIP have RIGHTEOUSNESS and LAWLESSNESS, or what FELLOWSHIP has LIGHT with DARKNESS? 15) Or what HARMONY has CHRIST with BELIAL (the DEVIL), or what has a BELIEVER in common with an UNBELIEVER? 16) Or what AGREEMENT has the TEMPLE of GOD with IDOLS? For we are the TEMPLE of the LIVING GOD; just as God said, “I will DWELL IN THEM and WALK AMONG them; and I will be their GOD , and they shall be My people. 17) “Therefore, COME OUT from THEIR MIDST and BE SEPARATE,” says the Lord. “And DO NOT TOUCH what is UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. 18) “And I will be a FATHER to you, and you shall be SONS and DAUGHTERS to Me,” says the Lord Almighty.”

10 – They Pursue Pure and Godly Friendships that Inspire Them to be More Like Jesus

• 1 Timothy 6:11-12 “Run from all these evil things, and follow what is RIGHT AND GOOD. PURSUE A GODLY LIFE, along with faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. Fight the good fight for what we believe. Hold tightly to the Eternal Life that God has given you, which you have confessed so well before many witnesses.”
• 2 Timothy 2:22 “Run from anything that stimulates youthful lust. FOLLOW ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO DO RIGHT. PURSUE FAITH and LOVE and PEACE, and ENJOY COMPANIONSHIP of those who Call on the Lord with PURE HEARTS.”

11 – They Display Christ-Likeness in their Thoughts & Attitudes—a Beatitude Attitude

• Matthew 5:3-12 Jesus Taught His Disciples: “GOD BLESSES those who realize their NEED for HIM, for the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN is GIVEN to them. GOD BLESSES those who MOURN, for they will be COMFORTED. GOD BLESSES those who are GENTLE & LOWLY, for the WHOLE EARTH will BELONG to THEM. GOD BLESSES those who are HUNGRY & THIRSTY FOR JUSTICE, for they will Receive it in FULL. GOD BLESSES those who are MERCIFUL, for they will be SHOWN MERCY. GOD BLESSES those whose HEARTS are PURE, for they will SEE GOD. GOD BLESSES those who WORK FOR PEACE, for they will be CALLED the CHILDREN OF GOD. GOD BLESSES those who are PERSECUTED because they LIVE for GOD for the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN is THEIRS. GOD BLESSES you when you are MOCKED and PERSECUTED and LIED about because you are MY FOLLOWERS. BE HAPPPY about it! BE VERY GLAD! For a GREAT REWARD AWAITS YOU IN HEAVEN. And REMEMBER, the ANCIENT PROPHETS were PERSECUTED, too.”
• Ephesians 4:21-24 “Since you have heard all about Him and have learned the truth that is in Jesus, throw off your old evil nature and your former way of life, which is rotten through and through, full of lust and deception. Instead, there must be a spiritual renewal of your THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDES. You must DISPLAY A NEW NATURE because you are a new person, created in GOD’S LIKENESS— RIGHTEOUS, HOLY, AND TRUE.”
• Colossians 3:1-3 “Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits at God’s right hand in the place of honor and power. Let HEAVEN FILL YOUR THOUGHTS. Do not think only about things down here on earth. For you died when Christ died, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.”
• Philippians 2:5-11 “Your ATTITUDE should be the SAME that Christ Jesus had. Though He was God, He did not demand and cling to his rights as God. He made Himself NOTHING; He took the HUMBLE position of a Slave and appeared in Human Form. And in Human Form He Obediently HUMBLED Himself even further by Dying a Criminal’s Death on a Cross. Because of this, God raised Him up to the heights of Heaven and gave Him a Name that is above every other Name, so that at the Name of Jesus every Knee will Bow, in Heaven and on Earth and Under the Earth, and every Tongue will Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.”

It broke his heart. And the Lord said, “I will completely wipe out this human race that I have created. Yes, and I will destroy all the animals and birds, too. I am sorry I ever made them.” But Noah found favor with the Lord.”

12 – They are Humble & Have Child-Like Faith

• Matthew 18:3-4 Jesus says, “Truly, I say to you, Unless you Turn (are Converted) and become like CHILDREN, you will NEVER enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever HUMBLES himself like this CHILD is the GREATEST in the Kingdom of Heaven.”
• 1 Peter 5:5-7 “Likewise you younger people, Submit yourselves to your Elders. Yes, all of you be Submissive to one another, and be CLOTHED WITH HUMILITY, for “God Resists the Proud, But gives GRACE TO THE HUMBLE. Therefore HUMBLE YOURSELVES under the mighty hand of God, that He may EXALT YOU IN DUE TIME, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”
• James 4:4-10 “You Adulterers! Don’t you realize that FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD makes you an ENEMY OF GOD? I say it again: If you want to be a FRIEND OF THE WORLD, you make yourself an ENEMY OF GOD. What do you think the Scriptures mean when they say that the Spirit God has placed within us is filled with Envy? God is OPPOSED to the PROUD, but He gives GRACE to the HUMBLE. So HUMBLE yourselves before God. RESIST the Devil, and he will flee from you. DRAW CLOSE TO GOD, and He will DRAW CLOSE TO YOU. WASH YOUR HANDS, you Sinners; PURIFY YOUR HEARTS, you Double-minded. Let there be TEARS for the WRONG THINGS you have done. Let there be SORROW& DEEP GRIEF. Let there be SADNESS instead of Laughter, and GLOOM instead of Joy. When you BOW DOWN BEFORE THE LORD and ADMIT YOUR DEPENDENCE ON HIM, He will LIFT YOU UP and GIVE YOU HONOR.”
• Matthew 23:12 Jesus says, “For whoever EXALTS himself will be HUMBLED, and whoever HUMBLES himself will be EXALTED.”
• Luke 18:9-14 Then Jesus told this story to some who had great self-confidence and scorned everyone else: “Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Pharisee, and the other was a dishonest tax collector. The proud Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not a sinner like everyone else, especially like that tax collector over there! For I never cheat, I don’t sin, I don’t commit adultery, I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’ But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God. For the proud will be humbled, but the HUMBLE WILL BE HONORED.”
• Colossians 2:8 “Don’t let anyone lead you ASTRAY with Empty Philosophy and High-Sounding Nonsense that come from HUMAN THINKING FROM THE EVIL POWERS OF THIS WORLD, and not Christ.”
• Acts 20:19 “I have done the LORD’S WORK HUMBLY and WITH MANY TEARS. I have endured the Trials that came to me from the plots of the Jews.”
• John 3:30 “He (Jesus) must INCREASE (become Greater and Greater), and I MUST DECREASE (become less and less).”
• Proverbs 3:34 “He mocks Proud Mockers but gives GRACE to the HUMBLE.”

13 – They Refuse Lukewarmness – Having “One Foot in God’s WORD, and One Foot in the WORLD”

• Revelation 3:15-20 Jesus says, “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish you were one or the other! But since you are like LUKEWARM water, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say, `I am rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. Then you will be rich. And also buy white garments so you will not be shamed by your nakedness. And buy ointment for your eyes so you will be able to see. I am the one who corrects and disciplines everyone I love. Be diligent and turn from your indifference. Look! Here I stand at the door and knock. If you hear me calling and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal as friends.”
• Revelation 3:1-3 Jesus says, “I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive—but you are dead. Now wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is at the point of death. Your deeds are far from right in the sight of God. Go back to what you heard and believed at first; hold to it firmly and turn to me again. Unless you do, I will come upon you suddenly, as unexpected as a thief.”
• 2 Timothy 3:5 “They will ACT AS IF THEY ARE RELIGIOUS, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. You must stay away from people like that.”

14 – They Seek to Please the Lord Through Good Deeds & Having a Servant’s Heart

• Galatians 6:10 “WHENEVER we have the OPPORTUNITY, we should DO GOOD to EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY to our CHRISTIAN BROTHERS & SISTERS.“
• Matthew 25:35-36 Jesus says, “For I was Hungry, and you Fed me. I was Thirsty and you gave me a Drink. I was a Stranger, and you Invited me into your Home. I was Naked, and you gave me Clothing. I was Sick, and you Cared for me. I was in Prison, and you Visited me…”
• Mark 10:42-45 So Jesus called them (His Disciples) together and said, “You know that the Rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their Authority over those under them. But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a Leader among you must be your SERVANT and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came NOT TO BE SERVED but to SERVE OTHERS and to GIVE HIS LIFE AS A RANSON FOR MANY.”
• Luke 22:26-27 Jesus says, “But among you, those who are the GREATEST SHOULD TAKE THE LOWEST RANK, and the LEADER SHOULD BE LIKE A SERVANT. Normally the Master sits at the table and is served by his Servants. But not here! For I AM YOUR SERVANT.”
• Heb 10:24 “Think of ways to encourage one another to outbursts of LOVE and GOOD DEEDS.”
• Psalm 112:9 “They give generously to those in need. Their GOOD DEEDS will never be forgotten. They will have influence and honor.”
• Titus 2:7 “And you yourself must be an example to them by doing GOOD DEEDS of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching.”
• Matthew 23:11 Jesus says, “The GREATEST among you must be a SERVANT.”
• John 13:35 Jesus says, “Your LOVE for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”
• 1 John 4:7-9 “ Beloved, let us LOVE one another: for love is of God; and every one that loves is born of God, and knows God. But the one that does not love does not know God; for God is love. By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.”

15 – They Know that Financial Gain Does Not Mean Godliness

• 2 Corinthians 8:9 “You know how full of love and kindness our Lord Jesus Christ was. Though He was VERY RICH, yet for your sakes HE BECAME POOR, so that by HISPOVERTY HE COULD MAKE YOU RICH (spiritually speaking).”
• 1 Corinthians 1:26 “Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that FEW OF YOU WERE WISE IN THE WORLD’S EYES, OR POWERFUL, OR WEALTHY WHEN GOD CALLED YOU.”
• 2 Corinthians 6:10 “Our hearts ache, but we always have joy. We are POOR, but we give SPIRITUAL RICHES to others. We OWN NOTHING, and yet we have EVERYTHING.“
• 2 Corinthians 8:2 “Though they have been going through much trouble and hard times, their wonderful joy and DEEP POVERTY have overflowed in rich GENEROSITY.”
• Hebrews 13:5 “STAY AWAY FROM THE LOVE OF MONEY; BE SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never forsake you.”
• James 1:9-11 “CHRISTIANS WHO ARE POOR SHOULD BE GLAD, FOR GOD HAS HONORED THEM. And those who are RICH should be glad, for God has humbled them. They will fade away like a flower in the field. The hot sun rises and dries up the grass; the flower withers, and its beauty fades away. So also, WEALTHY PEOPLE WILL FADE AWAY WITH ALL OF THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS.”
• James 2:1:5 “Listen to me, dear Brothers and Sisters. HASN’T GOD CHOSEN THE POOR IN THIS WORLD TO RICH IN FAITH? AREN’T THEY THE ONES WHO WILL INHERIT THE KINGDOM HE PROMISED TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM?AND YET, YOU INSULT THE POOR MAN! ISN’T IT THE RICH WHO OPPRESS YOU AND DRAG YOU INTO COURT? Aren’t they the ones who slander Jesus Christ, whose noble name you bear?”
• Revelation 2:9 Jesus says, “I know about your SUFFERING AND YOUR POVERTY—BUT YOU ARERICH!“
• Revelation 3:17-18 Jesus talking to the Church – “You say, ‘I am Rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are Wretched and Miserable and Poor and Blind and Naked. I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. THEN YOU WILL BE RICH. And also buy White Garments so you will not be shamed by your nakedness. And buy ointment for your eyes so you will be able to see.”
• Proverbs 30:7-9 Solomon Prayed, “Give me neither POVERTY NOR RICHES! Give me just ENOUGH TO SATISFY MY NEEDS. For IF I GROW RICH, I MAY DENY YOU and say, “Who is the LORD?” And if I am too POOR, I may steal and thus insult God’s Holy name.”
• Matthew 6:33 Jesus says, “But SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all these things shall be added to you.”
• Matthew 19:21 Jesus told him (a rich young ruler), “If you want to be perfect, go and SELL ALL YOU HAVE AND GIVE THE MONEY TO THE POOR, AND YOU WILL HAVE TREASURE IN HEAVEN. Then come, follow Me.”
• Luke 12:21 Jesus says, “Yes, a person is a FOOL to store up EARTHLY WEALTH but NOT have a RICH RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.”
• Deuteronomy 8:2-4 “Remember how the Lord your God led you through the wilderness for forty years, HUMBLING YOU AND TESTING YOU TO PROVE YOUR CHARACTER, and to find out whether or not you would REALLY OBEY HIS COMMANDS. Yes, he HUMBLED YOU by LETTING YOU GO HUNGRY AND THEN FEEDING YOU WITH MANNA, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He DID IT TO TEACH YOU THAT PEOPLE NEED MORE THAN BREAD FOR THEIR LIFE; real life comes by FEEDING ON EVERY WORD OF THE LORD. For all these Forty Years your CLOTHES DIDN’T WEAR OUT, and your FEET DIDN’T BLISTER OR SWELL.“

GIVE US OUR FOOD FOR TODAY, and forgive us our sins, just as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us. And don’t let us yield to Temptation, but deliver us from the Evil One.”
• Luke 6:2 Then Jesus turned to his Disciples and said, “GOD BLESS YOU WHO ARE POOR, for the Kingdom of God is given to you.”
• Psalms 37:16-19 It is better to be GODLY AND HAVE LITTLE than to be EVIL AND RICH. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but THE LORD TAKES CARE OF THE GODLY. DAY BY DAY THE LORD TAKES CARE OF THE INNOCENT, and they will RECEIVE AN INHERITANCE THAT LASTS FOREVER. They will not be DISGRACED IN HARD TIMES; even in FAMINE they will have MORE than enough.”

16 – They Seek First God’s Kingdom, Not Worldly Wealth & Possessions – They are Content 

Heaven – What is Heaven Like?

• Matthew 6:33 Jesus says, “SEEK FIRST the KINGDOM OF GOD and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
• Philippians 4:11 “NOT that I was ever in NEED, for I have LEARNED how to be CONTENT WITH WHATEVER I HAVE. FOR I KNOW HOW TO LIVE ON ALMOST NOTHING OR WITH EVERYTHING. I have learned the SECRET OF LIVING IN EVERY SITUATION, whether it is with a FULL STOMACH OR EMPTY, WITH PLENTY OR LITTLE. (13) FOR I CAN DO EVERYTHING THROUGH CHRIST, WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH.”
• Matthew 19:21 Jesus told him, “If you want to be PERFECT (No Compromise), GO & SELL ALL YOU HAVE and GIVE THE MONEY to the POOR, and you will have TREASURE IN HEAVEN. THEN COME, FOLLOW ME.”

• Matthew 6:19-21 Jesus says, “DON’T STORE UP TREASURES HERE ON THIS EARTH, where they can be eaten by Moths and get Rusty, and where Thieves break in and steal. Store your Treasures in Heaven, where they will never become Moth-Eaten or Rusty and where they will be safe from Thieves. Wherever your Treasure is, there your Heart and Thoughts will also be.”
• 1 Timothy 6:8-10 “So if we have ENOUGHFOOD and CLOTHING, LET US BE CONTENT. But people who long to be RICH FALL INTO TEMPTATION and are TRAPPED BY MANY FOOLISH and HARMFUL DESIRES that plunge them into RUIN AND DESTRUCTION. For the LOVE OF MONEY is the ROOT of ALLKINDS OF EVIL. And some people, CRAVING MONEY, have WANDERED from the TRUE FAITH and pierced themselves with MANY SORROWS.”
• Matthew 6:31-32 Jesus says,”So don’t WORRY about these things, saying, ‘What will we EAT? What will we DRINK? What will we WEAR?’ THESE THINGS DOMINATE THE THOUGHTS OF UNBELIEVERS, but your Heavenly Father ALREADY KNOW ALL YOUR NEEDS.”
• Hebrews 11:6 “Without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM (the Lord), for he who comes to God must Believe that He is, and that He is a REWARDER of those who DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM.”

17 – They’d Rather Suffer & Be Poor & Not Compromise with the World Than Be Rich & Famous

• Hebrews 11:24-26 “It was by Faith that Moses, when he grew up, REFUSED to be treated as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He CHOSE TO SHARE THE OPPRESSION OF GOD’S PEOPLE instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin. He thought it was BETTER TO SUFFER FOR THE SAKE OF THE MESSIAH THAN TO OWN THE TREASURES OF EGYPT, for he was looking ahead to the great reward that God would give him.”
• Luke 16:19-31 (This Scripture Jesus tells a Story of a: Rich Man went to Hell; the Poor Beggar went to Heaven. The Rich Man lived a life of Luxury and ease, but he later lost his soul in Hell).
• Luke 9:25 Jesus says, “How do you benefit if you gain the WHOLE WORLD but LOSE OR FORFEIT YOUR OWN SOUL in the process?”
• 2 Corinthians 6:10 “Our hearts ache, but we always have joy. WE ARE POOR, but we give SPIRITUAL RICHES to others. We own nothing, and yet we have everything.”
• Acts 20:33 Paul says, “I have NEVER COVETED anyone’s SILVER or GOLD or FINE CLOTHES.”

18 – They are Generous & are Givers – Whether They are Poor or Have Much

• 2 Corinthians 9:7 “You must each decide in your heart how much to GIVE. And don’t GIVE reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who GIVES CHEERFULLY.”
• 2 Corinthians 9:13“You will be Glorifying God through your GENEROUS GIFTS. For your GENEROSITY to them will prove that you are Obedient to the Good News of Christ.”
• 2 Corinthians 8:1-3 “Now I want you to know, dear Brothers and Sisters, what God in his kindness has done through the Churches in Macedonia. Though they have been going through MUCH TROUBLE (BEING TESTED BY MANY TROUBLES) and HARD TIMES, their WONDERFUL JOY and DEEP POVERTY have overflowed in RICH GENEROSITY. For I can testify that they GAVE NOT ONLY what they could AFFORD BUT FAR MORE. And they did it of their own FREE WILL.”
• Philippians 4:15-18 “As you know, you Philippians were the only ones who gave me FINANCIAL HELP when I first brought you the Good News and then traveled on from Macedonia. No other Church did this. Even when I was in Thessalonica you sent help more than once. I don’t say this because I want a Gift from you. Rather, I want you to receive a reward for your kindness. At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am GENEROUSLY SUPPLIED WITH THE GIFTS YOU SENT ME with Epaphroditus. They are a SWEET-SMELLING SACRIFICE that is ACCEPTABLE and PLEASING TO GOD.”
• Mark 12:41-44 Jesus sat down near the collection box in the Temple and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many RICH people put in LARE AMOUNTS. Then a POOR WIDOW came and dropped in TWO SMALL COINS. Jesus called his Disciples to him and said, “I tell you the truth, this POOR WIDOW has GIVEN MORE THAN ALL THE OTHERS who are making contributions. For they gave a TINY PART OF THEIR SURPLUS, but she, POOR as she is, has GIVEN EVERYTHING SHE HAD TO LIVE ON.”
• Luke 16:11-12 Jesus says, “And if you are UNTRUSTWORTHY ABOUT WORLDLY WEALTH, who will TRUST YOU with the TRUE RICHES OF HEAVEN? And if you are NOT FAITHFUL with other people’s things, why should you be TRUSTED WITH THINGS of your own?”

19 – They are Surrendering All to Follow Jesus -They are Taking Up Their Cross Daily

• Galatians 2:20 “I have been CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST; it is no longer I WHO LIVE, but CHRIST LIVES IN ME; and the Life which I now live in the Flesh I live by FAITH in the SON OF GOD, who LOVED ME and GAVE HIMSELF FOR ME.”
• Luke 14:26-27 Jesus says, “If you want to be My disciple, you must hate everyone else by comparison—your Father and Mother, Wife and Children, Brothers and Sisters—yes, even your own Life. Otherwise, you CANNOT BE MY DISCIPLE. And if you do NOT CARRY YOUR OWN CROSS AND FOLLOW ME , you CANNOT BE MY DISCIPLE.”
• Luke 14:33 Jesus Says, “No one can become MY DISCIPLE without giving up EVERYTHING for Me.”
• Matthew 16:24-27 Jesus said to the disciples, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must put aside your SELFISH AMBITION, SHOULDER YOUR CROSS, AND FOLLOW ME. If you try to keep your life for yourself, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for me, you will find true life. And how do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul in the process? Is anything worth more than your soul? For I, the Son of Man, will come in the glory of my Father with his angels and will judge all people according to their deeds.”
• Matthew 19:29 Jesus says, “And everyone who has GIVEN UP HOUSES or BROTHERS or SISTERS or FATHER or MOTHER or CHILDREN or PROPERTY, for My sake, will receive a hundred times as much in return and will have Eternal Life.”
• Luke 9:23-26 (NASB) Jesus says, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must DENY HIMSELF, and take up his CROSS DAILY and FOLLOW ME. For whoever wishes to SAVE HIS LIFE will LOSE IT, but whoever LOSES HIS LIFE for My sake, he is the one who will SAVE IT. For what is a man PROFITED if he GAINS the WHOLE WORLD, and LOSES or FORFEITS himself? For whoever is ASHAMED of ME and MY WORDS, the SON OF MAN will be ASHAMED of him when He comes in HIS GLORY, and the GLORY of the FATHER & of the HOLY ANGELS.”
• Matthew 10:37-39 Jesus says, “If you love your Father or Mother MORE than you love Me, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE; or if you love your Son or Daughter MORE than you love Me, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE. If you REFUSE to take up your CROSS and FOLLOW ME, you are NOT WORTHY OF BEING MINE. If you CLING TO YOUR LIFE, you will LOSE it; but if you GIVE UP YOUR LIFE for Me, you will FIND IT.”
• Mark 8:34-38 Jesus says, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him DENY HIMSELF, and TAKE UP HIS CROSS, AND FOLLOW ME. For whoever desires to save his life WILL LOSE IT, but whoever LOSES HIS LIFE FOR MY SAKE AND THE GOSPEL’S SAKE WILL SAVE IT. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For whoever is Ashamed of Me and My words in this Adulterous and Sinful Generation, of him the Son of Man also will be Ashamed when He comes in the Glory of His Father with the Holy Angels.”
• Matthew 19:21 Jesus told him, “If you want to be Perfect, GO AND SELL ALL YOU HAVE AND GIVE THE MONEY TO THE POOR, AND YOU WILL HAVE TREASURE IN HEAVEN. THEN COME, FOLLOW ME.”

20 – They’ve Stopped Practicing Sin – and When They Do Sin There is Deep Sorrow

• Hebrews 10:26-39 “If we DELIBERATELY CONTINUE SINNING AFTER we have received KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, there is NO longer any sacrifice that will cover THESE SINS. There is only the TERRIBLE EXPECTATION OF GOD’S JUDGMENT AND THE RAGING FIRE that will consume his enemies. For anyone who REFUSED TO OBEY the Law of Moses (The Old Testament) was PUT TO DEATH WITHOUT MERCY on the Testimony of two or three witnesses. Just think how much WORSE THE PUNISHMENT WILL BE FOR (New Testament People) THOSE WHO HAVE TRAMPLED ON THE SON OF GOD, and have treated the BLOOD OF THE COVENANT, which made us HOLY, as if it were COMMON AND UNHOLY, and have INSULTED AND DISDAINED THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO BRINGS GOD’S MERCY TO US. For we know the one who said, “I will take revenge. I will pay them back.” He also said, “The Lord will Judge His own people.” IT IS A TERRIBLE THING TO FALL INTO THE HANDS OF THE LIVING GOD.”
• Matthew 3:8 “PROVE BY THE WAY YOU LIVE that you have REPENTED of your SINS & TURNED TO GOD.”
• 1 John 3:6-10 “So if we continue to live in Him, WE WON’T SIN EITHER. But those who KEEP ON SINNING have never known him or understood who he is. Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it is because they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous. When people KEEP ON SINNING, IT SHOWS THAT THEY BELONG TO THE DEVIL, who has been SINNING since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God’s family do NOT MAKE A PRACTICE OF SINNING, because God’s life is in them. So they CAN’T KEEP ON SINNING, because they are children of God. So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God.” 
• 1 John 2:1 “But IF you do SIN, there is someone to plead for you before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who pleases God completely.”
• 2 Corinthians 7:10 “For GODLY SORROW works Repentance to Salvation.”
• Galatians 5:19-21 “When you follow the desires of your SINFUL NATURE, the results are very clear: SEXUAL IMMORALITY, IMPURITY, LUSTFUL PLEASURES,IDOLATRY, SORCERY, HOSTILITY, QUARRELING, QUARRELING, JEALOUSY, OUTBURSTS OF ANGER, SELFISH AMBITION, DISSENSION, DIVISION, ENVY, DRUNKENNESS, WILD PARTIES, and other SINS LIKE THESE. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God.”

21 – They Speak Out & Warn People of God’s Coming Judgments, and Preach the Gospel

• 2 Timothy 4:1-5 (NASB) “I solemnly CHARGE YOU in the PRESENCE OF GOD & of CHRIST JESUS, who is to JUDGE the LIVING and the DEAD, and by HIS APPEARING and HIS KINGDOM: PREACH THE WORD; be READY in SEASON & OUT OF SEASON; REPROVE, REBUKE, EXHORT, with GREAT PATIENCE and INSTRUCTION. For the TIME WILL COME when they will NOT ENDURE SOUND DOCTRINE; but wanting to have their EARS TICKLED, they will ACCUMULATE for themselves TEACHERS in accordance to their OWN DESIRES, and will TURN AWAY THEIR EARS from the TRUTH and will TURN ASIDE TO MYTHS. But you, be SOBER IN ALL THINGS, ENDURE HARDSHIP, do the WORK of an EVANGELIST, FULFILL your MINISTRY.”
  

• 2 Peter 2:5 “God did not spare the ancient world—except for Noah and his family of seven. NOAH WARNED THE WORLD OF GOD’S RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT. Then God destroyed the whole World of Ungodly people with a Vast Flood.”
• John 16:8 Jesus says, “And when He (HOLY SPIRIT) comes, He will CONVICT THE WORLD OF IT’S SIN, and of GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS, and of the COMING JUDGMENT.”

• 2 Corinthians 5:11 “It is because we know this SOLEMN FEAR of the LORD that we WORK HARD to PERSUADE OTHERS.”
• Colossians 1:28 “SO EVERYWHERE WE GO, WE TELL EVERYONE ABOUT CHRIST. We WARN THEM and TEACH THEM with all the Wisdom God has given us, for we want to present them to God, Perfect in their relationship to Christ.”
• Acts 10:42 “And He ordered us to PREACH EVERYWHERE and to TESTIFY that Jesus is the one Appointed by God to be the Judge of all—the living and the dead.”
• Mark 16:15 Jesus says, “Go into all the World and PREACH THE GOOD NEWS TO EVERYONE.”
• Mark 6:12 “So the Disciples went out, TELLING ALL THEY MET TO TURN FROM THEIR SINS.”
• 1 Corinthians 1:17-31 “Christ didn’t send me to Baptize, but to PREACH THE GOOD NEWS—and not with Clever Speech, for Fear that the Cross of Christ would lose its power. The MESSAGE OF THE CROSS IS FOOLISH TO THOSE WHO ARE HEADED FOR DESTRUCTION! But we who are being Saved know it is the very Power of God.”

• Jeremiah 26:2-3 The Lord said, “Stand out in front of the Temple of the Lord, and make an announcement to the people who have come there to worship from all over Judah. Give them my entire message; include every word. Perhaps they will listen and turn from their evil ways. Then I will be able to withhold the disaster I am ready to pour out on them because of their sins.” and if you will NOT LISTEN TO MY SERVANTS, THE PROPHETS— for I sent them again and again to WARN YOU, but you would NOT listen to them.”
• Ezekiel 3:17-21 “Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for Israel. Whenever you receive a message from me, pass it on to the people immediately. If I WARN the wicked, saying, ‘You are under the penalty of death,’ but you fail to deliver the WARNING, THEY WILL DIE IN THEIR SINS. And I will hold you responsible, demanding your blood for theirs. If you warn them and they KEEP ON SINNING AND REFUSE TO REPENT, THEY WILL DIE IN THEIR SINS. But you will have saved your life because you did what you were told to do. If GOOD PEOPLE TURN BAD and DON’T LISTEN TO MY WARNING, they will die. If you did not WARN them of the CONSEQUENCES, then they will DIE IN THEIR SINS. Their previous Good Deeds won’t help them, and I will hold you responsible, demanding your blood for theirs. But if you WARN THEM and they REPENT, THEY WILL LIVE, and you will have SAVED YOUR OWN LIFE, TOO.“
• Ezekiel 33:7-9 The Lord said, “Now, son of man, I am making you a WATCHMAN FOR THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL. Therefore, listen to what I say and WARN them for me. If I announce that some wicked people are sure to die and you fail to WARN them about changing their ways, then they will die in their sins, but I will hold you responsible for their deaths. But if you WARN them to Repent and they don’t Repent, they will die in their sins, but you will not be held responsible.”
• Acts 18:9-10 “One night the LORD JESUS spoke to Paul in a vision and told him, ‘Don’t be afraid! SPEAK OUT! DON’T BE SILENT! For I am with you, and no one will harm you because many people here in this city belong to me.”

The World thought that Jesus was Crazy. Are we willing to be thought of as crazy, and to suffer in this same way as Jesus, John the Baptist, Peter, Paul, etc. did for us? Would we be okay with people slandering us, beating us, spitting on us, and being stoned, and thrown in prison? American Christianity is so lukewarm that when you DO take a stand to preach (with the Love of Jesus) Repentance, Judgment, and Righteousness – you are seen as really strange in many people’s eyes – when it’s simply the Truth, and the same Gospel Message that Jesus preached!

• 2 Timothy 3:12 “Everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will SUFFER PERSECUTION.”
• John 15:21 Jesus says, ”The people of the world will HATE you because you belong to me, for they don’t know God who sent Me.”

Sometimes you were exposed to public ridicule and were BEATEN, and sometimes you helped others who were suffering the same things. You suffered along with those who were thrown into jail. When all you owned was taken from you, you accepted it with joy. You knew you had better things waiting for you in Eternity.”
• Acts 16:22-26 “A mob quickly formed against Paul and Silas, and the City Officials ordered them STRIPPED and BEATEN with WOODEN RODS. They were SEVERELY BEATEN, and then they were THROWN INTO PRISON. The Jailer was ordered to make sure they didn’t Escape. So the Jailer put them into the INNER DUNGEON and CLAMPED THEIR FEET in the STOCKS. Around Midnight Paul & Silas were Praying & Singing Hymns to God, and the other Prisoners were listening. Suddenly, there was a Massive Earthquake, and the Prison was shaken to its Foundations. All the Doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every Prisoner fell off!…”

23 – They will LOVE and DO GOOD to Fellow Christians

WHAT YOU DO TO A BELIEVER, YOU DO TO JESUS CHRIST!

• Matthew 25:31-46 Jesus says, “When the Son of Man comes in HIS GLORY, and all the HOLY ANGELS with Him, then He will sit on the THRONE OF HIS GLORY.All the NATIONS will be gathered before Him, and He will SEPARATE THEM ONE FROM ANOTHER, as a Shepherd divides his Sheep from the Goats. And He will set the SHEEP on His RIGHT HAND, but the GOATS on the LEFT. Then the King will say to those on HIS RIGHT HAND, ‘Come, you Blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the Foundation of the World:for I was HUNGRY and YOU GAVE ME FOOD; I was THIRSTY and YOU GAVE ME DRINK; I was a STRANGER and YOU TOOK ME IN; I was NAKED and YOU CLOTHED ME; I was SICK and YOU VISITED ME; I was in PRISON and YOU CAME TO ME.’ “Then the RIGHTEOUS will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see YOU HUNGRY and FEED YOU, or THIRSTY and GIVE YOU DRINK? Then he fell to the Ground, and heard a Voice (JESUS) saying to him, “SAUL, SAUL, why are you PERSECUTING ME?” And he said, “Who are You, LORD?” Then the Lord said, “I AM JESUS, whom you are PERSECUTING.”
• Luke 10:16 Jesus says, “He who HEARS YOU HEARS ME, he who REJECTS YOU REJECTS ME, and he who REJECTS ME REJECTS HIM who sent ME.”

They Have a Great Love For God’s People

• John 13:35 Jesus said, “LOVE ONE ANOTHER as I have Loved you, by this will ALL men KNOW that you are My DISCIPLES.”
• 1 Peter 1:22 “Now you can have SINCERE LOVE FOR EACH OTHER as Brothers and Sisters because you were cleansed from your sins when you accepted the truth of the Good News. So see to it that you really do love each other intensely with all your hearts.”
• John 13:35 Jesus says, “Your LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER will prove to the world that you are My Disciples.”
• Philippians 1:9 “I Pray that your LOVE FOR EACH OTHER will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in your knowledge and understanding.”
• Philippians 2:1-5 “Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and sympathetic? Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, LOVING ONE ANOTHER, and WORKING TOGETHER with ONE HEART and PURPOSE. Don’t be selfish; don’t live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Don’t think only about your own affairs, but be interested in others, too, and what they are doing. Your attitude should be the same that Christ Jesus had.”
• 1 Peter 2:17 “Show respect for Everyone. LOVE YOUR CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS. Fear God. Show respect for the King.”

24 – They Obey God’s Commandments, His Word, and the Lord Jesus Christ

• 1 John 2:3-6 “We can be sure that we know him if we OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS. If someone claims, “I know God,” but doesn’t OBEY GOD’S COMMANDMENTS, that person is a liar and is not living in the truth. But those who OBEY GOD’S WORD truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him. Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did.”
• 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 “And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the Lord Jesus appears from heaven. He will come with his mighty angels, in flaming fire, bringing Judgment on those who don’t know God and on those who refuse to OBEY THE GOOD NEWS OF OUR LORD JESUS. They will be punished with eternal destruction, forever separated from the Lord and from his glorious power.”
• Romans 2:6-10 “He will Judge everyone according to what they have done. He will give eternal life to those who keep on DOING GOOD, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers. But he will pour out his Anger and Wrath and wrath on those who live for themselves, who REFUSE to OBEY THE TRUTH and instead live lives of wickedness. There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on DOING what is evil—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. But there will be Glory and Honor and Peace from God for all who DO GOOD —for the Jew first and also for the Gentile.”
• John 14:15 Jesus says, “If you love me, OBEY MY COMMANDMENTS.“
• John 14:21-26 Jesus says, “Those who ACCEPT MY COMMANDMENTS and OBEY THEM are the ones who love Me. And because they love Me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal Myself to each of them. Judas (not Judas Iscariot, but the other disciple with that name) said to Him, “Lord, why are you going to reveal yourself only to us and NOT to the World at large?” Jesus replied, “All who love Me will DO WHAT I SAY. My Father will love them, and WE will come and make OUR home with each of them. Anyone who does NOT love Me will NOT OBEY ME. And remember, My Words are not My own. What I am telling you is from the Father who sent Me. I am telling you these things now while I am still with you. But when the Father sends the Advocate as My representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—He will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.”
• John 15:14 Jesus says, “You are My friends if you do what I COMMAND.“
• John 15:10 Jesus says “When you OBEY MY COMMANDMENTS, you remain in my love, just as I OBEY MY FATHER’S COMMANDMENTS and remain in His love.”
• 1 Peter 1:14-16 “So you must live as GOD’S OBEDIENT children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. But now you must BE HOLY IN EVERYTHING YOU DO, just as God who chose you is Holy. For the Scriptures say, “YOU MUST BE HOLY BECAUSE I AM HOLY.”
• Hebrews 12:14 “Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be HOLY; WITHOUT HOLINESS NO ONE WILL SEE THE LORD.”

• Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus says, “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually DO THE WILL OF MY FATHER in heaven will enter. On Judgment Day many will say to Me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in Your name and cast out demons in Your name and performed many miracles in Your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who ‘s BREAK GOD’S LAWS.”
• Luke 6:46-49 Jesus says, “So why do you keep calling me ‘Lord, Lord!’ when you don’t DO WHAT I SAY (obey)? I will show you what it’s like when someone comes to Me, listens to My teaching, and then follows it. It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against the house, it stands firm because it is well built. But anyone who hears and does NOT OBEY is like a person who builds a house without a foundation. When the floods sweep down against that house, it will collapse into a heap of ruins.”
• Matthew 7:24-27 (NKJV) Jesus warns, “Therefore whoever HEARS these SAYINGS of Mine, and DOES them, I will liken him to a WISE MAN who BUILT his HOUSE on the ROCK: and the RAIN Descended, the FLOODS came, and the WINDS BLEW & BEAT on that House; and it did NOTFALL, for it was FOUNDED on the ROCK. But EVERYONE who HEARS these SAYINGS of Mine, and does NOT DO THEM, will be like a FOOLISH MAN who BUILT his House on the SAND; and the RAIN DESCENDED, the FLOODS came, and the WINDS BLEW and BEAT on that House; and
  it FELL. And GREAT was its FALL.”
• Revelatians 2:26 Jesus says, “To all who are Victorious, who OBEY ME to the very end, to them I will give authority over all the nations.”
• Matthew 12:50 Jesus says, “Anyone who DOES THE WILL of my Father in heaven is My Brother and Sister and Mother!”
• Mark 3:35 Jesus says, “Anyone who DOES GOD’s WILL is My Brother and Sister and Mother.”
• Matthew 15:3 Jesus replied, “Why do you, by your traditions, violate the direct COMMANDMENTS of God?”
• Matthew 15:9 Jesus says, “Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as COMMANDS from God.”
• Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 “Fear God and OBEY HIS COMMANDS, for this is everyone’s duty. God will Judge us for everything we do, including every secret thing, whether good or bad.”
• Titus 1:16 “Such people claim they know God, but they deny him by the way they live. They are detestable and DISOBEDIENT, worthless for doing anything good.”

25 – They are Doers of the Word, not Merely Hearers— Faith without Works is Dead

• James 1:22 “Be DOERS OF THE WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”
• James 2:14-20 “What good is it, Dear Brothers and Sisters, if you say you have FAITH but don’t show it by your ACTIONS? Can that kind of FAITH save anyone? Suppose you see a Brother or Sister who has NO Food or Clothing, and you say, “Good-Bye and have a Good Day; Stay Warm and Eat well”—but then you DON’T give that person any FOOD or CLOTHING. What GOOD DOES THAT DO? So you see, FAITH by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces GOOD DEEDS, it is DEAD and USELESS. Now someone may argue, “Some people have FAITH; others have GOOD DEEDS.” But I say, “How can you show me your FAITH if you DON’T HAVE GOOD DEEDS? I will show you my FAITH by my GOOD DEEDS.” You say you have FAITH, for you BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ONE GOD. Good for you! EVEN THE DEMONS BELIEVE THIS, and they tremble in terror. How foolish! Can’t you see that FAITH WITHOUT GOOD DEEDS IS USELESS?“
• Hebrews 11:6 “Without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM (the Lord), for he who comes to God must Believe that He is, and that He is a Rewarder of those who diligently Seek Him.”
• John 5:28-29 Jesus says, “Don’t be so surprised! Indeed, the time is coming when all the dead in their graves will hear the voice of God’s Son, and they will rise again. Those who have DONE GOOD will rise to experience Eternal Life, and those who have continued in evil will rise to experience Judgment.”
• 1 Peter 1:17 “And remember that the heavenly Father to whom you Pray has no favorites. He will Judge or Reward you according to what you DO. So you must live in reverent fear of him during your time as “foreigners in the land.”
• Revelatian 22:12 Jesus says, “Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their DEEDS.”
• Matthew 16:27 Jesus says, “For the Son of Man will come with His angels in the Glory of His Father and will Judge all people according to their DEEDS.”
• Matthew 24:46-51 Jesus says, “If the Master returns and finds that the servant has done a GOOD JOB, there will be a reward. I tell you the truth, the Master will put that servant in charge of all he owns. But what if the servant is evil and thinks, ‘My Master won’t be back for a while,’ and he begins beating the other servants, partying, and getting drunk? The master will return unannounced and unexpected, and he will cut the servant to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

26 – They Fear God and Turn Away from Evil

They Know That God Sees & Examines Everything We Do, and Will Someday be Judged by Him. They Fear God, and are Turning Away from Evil.

• Revelatians 2:19 Jesus says “I know all the things you DO. I have SEEN your Love, your Faith, your Service, and your Patient Endurance. And I can SEE your Constant Improvement in all these things. But I have this Complaint against you….”
• 1 Peter 1:17 “And remember that the heavenly Father to whom you pray has no favorites when He judges. He will Judge or Reward you according to what you do. So you must live in REVERENT FEAR of Him during your time as foreigners here on earth.“
• 1 Peter 2:17 “Show respect for everyone. Love your Christian Brothers and Sisters. FEAR GOD. Show respect for the King.”
• Revelation 11:18 “The nations were angry with you, but now the time of your Wrath has come.It is time to Judge the Dead and Reward your Servants. You will Reward your prophets and your Holy people, all who FEAR YOUR NAME, from the least to the greatest. And you will destroy all who have caused destruction on the earth.“
• Hebrews 12:28 “Since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be destroyed, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping Him with HOLY FEAR AND AWE.”
• Luke 12:5 Jesus said, “But I’ll tell you whom to FEAR. FEAR GOD, who has the power to kill people and then throw them into Hell.”

27 – They Are NOT People Pleaser, but Seek to Please the Lord

• John 5:41-42 Jesus said, “Your APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL MEANS NOTHING TO ME, because I know you don’t have God’s love within you.”
• Galatians 1:10 “Obviously, I’m NOT trying to be a PEOPLE PLEASER! No, I am trying to PLEASE GOD. If I were still trying to PLEASE PEOPLE, I would NOT be Christ’s Servant.”
• Revelation 2:2 Jesus says, “I know all the things you DO. I have seen your Hard Work and your patient endurance. I know you DON’T TOLERATE EVIL PEOPLE. You have Examined the claims of those who say they are Apostles but are not. You have DISCOVERED THEY ARE LIARS.”
• 2 Corinthians 6:8 “We serve God whether PEOPLE HONOR US OR DESPISE US, whether they Slander us or Praise us. We are Honest, but they call us Impostors.”

28 – They are NOT Hypocrites – Giving God Mere Lip Service

• Mark 7:6-13 Jesus replied, “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote, ‘These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.’ For you ignore God’s law and substitute your own tradition.” Then He said, “You skillfully sidestep God’s law in order to hold on to your own tradition…so you cancel the word of God in order to hand down your own tradition.”
• Mark 7:20-23 Jesus says, “Out of a person’s Heart, come Evil Thoughts, Sexual Immorality, Theft, Murder, Adultery, Greed, Wickedness, Deceit, Lustful Desires, Envy, Slander, Pride, and Foolishness. All these Evil things come from within; they are what Defile you and make you unacceptable to God.”
• Amos 5:21-24 “I hate all your show and pretense—the hypocrisy of your religious festivals and solemn assemblies. I will not accept your burnt offerings and grain offerings. I won’t even notice all your choice peace offerings. Away with your hymns of praise! They are only noise to my ears. I will not listen to your music, no matter how lovely it is. Instead, I want to see a mighty flood of justice, a river of righteous living that will never run dry.”

• * John MacArthur’s Commentary on Matthew 5:19 is this: “The consequence of Practicing or Teaching disobedience of any of God’s Word is to be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven (1 Cor. 3:15). Determining rank in the Kingdom of Heaven is entirely God’s prerogative (Matt.20:23), and Jesus declares that He will hold those in lowest esteem who hold His Word in low esteem. There is no impunity (free from punishment) for Believers who: Disobey, Discredit, or Belittle God’s Law (God’s Word)—see 2 Cor. 5:10. That Jesus does not refer to loss of salvation is clear from the fact, that though offenders will be called least, they will still be in the Kingdom of Heaven. The positive result is that whoever keeps and teaches God’s Word, he shall be called GREAT in the Kingdom of Heaven. Here again Jesus mentions the two aspects of doing and teaching. Enduring Hardships, Sufferings, and Trials thru Christ!

Put on the FULL ARMOR OF GOD, so that you will be able to STAND FIRM against the SCHEMES and TRICKS OF THE DEVIL. For our STRUGGLE (wrestle) is NOT against People made FLESH and BLOOD, but against the EVIL RULERS, against the POWERS, against the WORLD FORCES OF THIS DARKNESS, against the SPIRITUAL FORCES OF WICKEDNESS in the HEAVENLY PLACES. Therefore, take up the FULL ARMOR OF GOD, so that you will be able to RESIST IN THE EVIL DAY, and having done EVERYTHING, to STAND FIRM (in God’s Word). STAND FIRM therefore, putting on the STURDY BELT OF TRUTH (Be Truthful), and having put on the BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS (Living Righteous through Obedience to His Word). For SHOES, put on the PEACE that comes from the GOOD NEWS (we have Peace with God now thru the Gospel), so that you will be fully Prepared. In addition to all those, Take up the SHIELD OF FAITH with which you will be able to STOP ALL the FIERY DARTS of the DEVIL (Believe God’s Word over your Emotions, when FIREY DARTS of Temptation, & Lusts come your way). And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION (the Hope you now have of Salvation), and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD. PRAY in the SPIRIT (Eph 5:22-23) at ALL TIMES and on EVERY OCCASION. STAY ALERT and be PERSISTENT IN YOUR PRAYERS for ALL BELIEVERS EVERYWHERE. And PRAY for me, too. Ask God to give me the RIGHT WORDS so I can BOLDLY EXPLAIN GOD’S MYSTERIOUS PLAN that the GOOD NEWS is for Jews and Gentiles alike. 35 – They Make Use of Every OPPORTUNITY to Do Good & to Preach the Gospel— they are “SO4J” Fire Snatchers

• Jude 1:23 “RESCUE OTHERS by SNATCHING them from the FLAMES OF JUDGMENT. Show MERCY to still others, but do so with GREAT CAUTION, hating the SINS that contaminate their lives.”

• Rom 1:10 “One of the things I always pray for is the OPPORTUNITY, God willing, to come at last to see you.”

• Matthew 3:8 (Luke 3:8 too) John the Baptist—”Prove by the way you live that you have Repented of your Sins (BEAR FRUIT WORTHY OF REPENTANCE) and turned to God.”
• Matthew 13:18-23 Jesus explained, “Now here is the explanation of the story I told about the Farmer sowing grain (Seed is the Good News): The seed that fell on the hard path represents those who hear the Good News about the Kingdom and don’t understand it. Then the evil one comes and snatches the seed (Good News) away from their hearts. The rocky soil represents those who hear the message (Good News) and receive it with joy. But like young plants in such soil, their roots don’t go very deep. At first they get along fine, but they wilt as soon as they have problems or are persecuted because they believe the word. The thorny ground represents those who hear and accept the Good News, but all too quickly the message (Good News)is crowded out by the cares of this life and the lure of wealth, so no crop is produced. THE GOOD SOIL REPRESENTS THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO TRULY ACCEPT GOD’S MESSAGE (Good News) AND PRODUCE A HUGE HARVEST— THIRTY, SIXTY, AND EVEN A HUNDRED TIMES AS MUCH AS HAD BEEN PLANTED.”
• Mark 4:8 Jesus says, “Still other seed fell on FERTILE SOIL AND PRODUCED A CROP THAT WAS THIRTY, SIXTY, AND EVEN A HUNDRED TIMES AS MUCH AS HAD BEEN PLANTED.”
• Mark 4:20 Jesus says, “But the GOOD SOIL represents those who hear and accept God’s message and produce a huge harvest — THIRTY, SIXTY, AND EVEN A HUNDRED TIMES AS MUCH AS HAD BEEN PLANTED.”

37 – They Are Co-Heirs with Christ; And They Share In The Sufferings of Jesus by “Crucifying Their Flesh”

42 – They Clearly Understand the Gospel & Clearly Preach God’s Word with Boldness

• Acts 4:10-13 (Peter Preached) ”Let me CLEARLY STATE TO YOU AND TO ALL THE PEOPLE of Israel that he was healed in the name and power of Jesus Christ from Nazareth, the man you crucified, but whom God raised from the dead. For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says, ‘The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.”
• Exod 4:15 Lord says, “I will help both of you to SPEAK CLEARLY, and I will tell you what to do.”

43 – They Let Their Light Shine – Their Face & Life Exudes Christ

• Matthew 5:16 Jesus says, “Let your LIGHT SHINE before Men, that they may SEE your GOOD WORKS and GLORIFY your FATHER IN HEAVEN.”
• 2 Corinthians 3:16-18 “Whenever someone TURNS to the LORD, the VEIL is TAKEN AWAY...All of us who have had that VEIL REMOVED can SEE & REFLECT the GLORY OF THE LORD. The LORD— who is the SPIRIT— makes us MORE & MORE like HIM (JESUS) as we are CHANGED into HIS GLORIOUS IMAGE.”
• Acts 6:15“At this point everyone in the high council stared at Stephen, because HIS FACE BECAME AS BRIGHT AS AN ANGEL’S.”
• 2 Corinthians 3:7 “The old way, with laws etched in stone, led to death, though it began with such glory that the people of Israel could not bear to look at Moses’ face. For MOSES’ FACE SHONE WITH THE GLORY OF GOD, EVEN THOUGH THE BRIGHTNESS WAS ALREADY FADING AWAY.”

44 – They Put No Confidence in Their Flesh – They’re Decreasing & Christ is Increasing

• John 3:30 “He (Jesus) must INCREASE (become Greater and Greater), and I MUST DECREASE (become less and less).”
• Romans 8:6 “To be CARNALLY (Worldly) MINDED is Death..”

45 – They Have Integrity, Hard Work, and Pursue Righteousness – They do Not Lie, Steal, Cheat

• Psalms 119:1-9 “Happy are people of INTEGRITY, who follow the law of the Lord. Happy are those who OBEY HIS DECREES and search for him with all their hearts. THEY DO NOT COMPROMISE WITH EVIL, and they walk only in his Paths. You have charged us to keep your COMMANDMENTS CAREFULLY. Oh, that my actions would consistently reflect your Principles! Then I will not be disgraced when I compare my life with your Commands. When I learn your RIGHTEOUS LAWS, I will thank you by living as I should! I will OBEY YOUR PRINCIPLES. Please don’t give up on me! How can a young person stay Pure? By Obeying your Word and following its Rules. I have tried my best to find you — don’t let me wander from your Commands.”
• Psalms 101:2-8 “I will be CAREFUL to live a BLAMELESS LIFE— when will you come to help me? I will lead a life of INTEGRITY in my own home. I will REFUSE to look at anything VILE & VULGAR. I Hate all who deal CROOKEDLY; I will have NOTHING to do with them. I will REJECT PERVERSE IDEAS & Stay away from EVERY EVIL. I will NOTTOLERATE people who SLANDER their neighbors. I will not endure CONCEIT & PRIDE. I will search for FAITHFUL PEOPLE to be my Companions. ONLY those who are ABOVE REPROACH will be allowed to serve me. I will NOT allow DECEIVERS to serve in my House, and LIARS will NOT stay in my Presence. My daily task will be to ferret out the WICKED and free the city of the Lord from their grip.”

• Luke 16:10-13 Jesus says, “If you are DISHONEST (cheat, steal, lie) in LITTLE THINGS, you WON’T be HONEST with greater responsibilities. And if you are UNTRUSTWORTHY ABOUT WORLDLY WEALTH, who will trust you with the TRUE RICHES OF HEAVEN?”
• John 12:6 “Not that he (JUDAS) cared for the poor (he Professed that he did)—he was a THIEF, and since he was in charge of the Disciples’ Money, he OFTEN STOLE (NO INTEGRITY— Judas daily practiced Sin ) some for himself.”
• Proverbs 12:22 “LYING LIPS are an ABOMINATION to the Lord”
• Ephesians 6:6-7 “WORK HARD, but not just to please your Masters when they are watching. As slaves of Christ, do the will of God with ALL YOUR HEART. WORK WITH ENTHUSIASM, as though you were WORKING FOR THE LORD RATHER THAN FOR PEOPLE.”
• Job 2:3 “Then the Lord asked satan, “Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth—A MAN OF COMPLETE INTEGRITY. HE FEARS GOD AND WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EVIL. And he has MAINTAINED HIS INTEGRITY, even though you persuaded me to harm him without cause.”
• Genesis 6:9 “Noah was a RIGHTEOUS MAN, the ONLY BLAMELESS MAN living on earth at the time. He CONSISTENTLY FOLLOWED GOD’S WILL AND ENJOYED A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.“
• 2 Peter 1:5-11 “So make every effort to apply the benefits of these promises to your life. Then your faith will produce a life of MORAL EXCELLENCE. A life of MORAL EXCELLENCE leads to knowing GOD BETTER. Knowing God leads to SELF-CONTROL. SELF-CONTROL leads to PATIENT ENDURANCE, and PATIENT ENDURANCE leads to GODLINESS. GODLINESS leads to LOVE FOR OTHER CHRISTIANS, and finally you will GROW TO HAVE GENUINE LOVE FOR EVERYONE. The MORE you GROW like THIS, the MORE you will become PRODUCTIVE AND USEFUL IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. But those who FAIL TO DEVELOP THESE VIRTUES ARE BLIND or, at least, VERY SHORTSIGHTED. They have already forgotten that God has cleansed them from their OLD LIFE OF SIN. So, dear brothers and sisters, WORK HARD TO PROVE that you really are among those God has CALLED AND CHOSEN. Doing this, you will NEVER STUMBLE OR FALL AWAY. And God will OPEN WIDE THE GATES OF HEAVEN FOR YOU TO ENTER INTO THE ETERNAL KINGDOM OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.”

46 – They are Always Very Thankful to God for His – Kindness, Provisions, Protection, etc.

47 – They are Not Full of: Selfish Ambition, Strife, Gossip, Quarreling, Jealousy – But are Peacemakers

• 2 Timothy 2:23-26″AVOID FOOLISH & IGNORANT DISPUTES, Knowing that they GENERATE STRIFE. A SERVANT of the LORD must NOT QUARREL but be GENTLE to ALL, able to TEACH, PATIENT in HUMILITY correcting those in OPPOSITION, if God perhaps will grant them REPENTANCE, so that they may KNOW the TRUTH, & that they may come to their SENSES & ESCAPE the SNARE of the DEVIL, having been taken CAPTIVE by him to do his will.”
• James 3:13-18 “If you are WISE AND UNDERSTAND GOD’S WAYS, PROVE IT by living an HONORABLE LIFE, doing GOOD WORKS with the HUMILITY that comes from Wisdom. But if you are BITTERLY JEALOUS and there is SELFISH AMBITION IN YOUR HEART, don’t cover up the Truth with boasting and lying. For JEALOUSY AND SELFISHNESS ARE NOT GOD’S KIND OF WISDOM. Such things are EARTHLY, UNSPIRITUAL, AND DEMONIC. 16 For wherever there is JEALOUSY AND SELFISH AMBITION, THERE YOU WILL FIND DISORDER AND EVIL OF EVERY KIND. But the Wisdom from above is first of all PURE. It is also PEACE LOVING, GENTLE AT ALL TIMES, AND WILLING TO YIELD TO OTHERS. It is FULL OF MERCY AND GOOD DEEDS. It shows NO FAVORITES and is ALWAYS SINCERE. And those who are PEACEMAKERS WILL PLANT SEEDS OF PEACE AND REAP A HARVEST OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.”
• Galatians 5:19-21 “When you follow the desires of your SINFUL NATURE, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, HOSTILITY, QUARRELING, JEALOUS, OUTBURSTS OF ANGER (STRIFE), SELFISH AMBITION, DISSENSION, DIVISION, ENVY, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God.”

• Romans 1:29  “Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, ENVY, murder, QUARRELING, DECEPTION, MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR, AND GOSSIP.”
• Romans 13:13 “Because we belong to the day, we must live decent lives for all to see. DON’T PARTICIPATE IN THE DARKNESS OF wild parties and drunkenness, or in sexual promiscuity and immoral living, or in QUARRELING AND JEALOUSY.”
• 1 Corinthians 3:3-4 “For you are still CONTROLLED BY YOUR SINFUL NATURE. You are JEALOUS OF ONE ANOTHER AND QUARREL WITH EACH OTHER. Doesn’t that prove you are controlled by your SINFUL NATURE? Aren’t you living like PEOPLE OF THE WORLD? When one of you says, “I am a follower of Paul,” and another says, “I follow Apollos,” aren’t you acting JUST LIKE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD?” 
• 2 Corinthians 12:20 “For I am afraid that when I come I won’t like what I find, and you won’t like my response. I am afraid that I will find QUARRELING, JEALOUSY,ANGER, SELFISHNESS, SLANDER, GOSSIP, ARROGANCE, AND DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR.”
• Philippians 1:15  “It’s true that some are Preaching out of JEALOUSY AND RIVALRY. But others Preach about Christ with PURE MOTIVES.“
• 1 Timothy 6:4 “Anyone who teaches something different is arrogant and lacks understanding. Such a person has an unhealthy desire to QUIBBLE OVER THE MEANING OF WORDS. This stirs up ARGUMENTS ENDING IN JEALOUSY, DIVISION, SLANDER, AND EVIL SUSPICIONS.“

BEATITUDES – BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS

• Matthew 5:3-12 Jesus Taught His Disciples: “GOD BLESSES those who realize their NEED for HIM, for the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN is GIVEN to them. GOD BLESSES those who MOURN, for they will be COMFORTED. GOD BLESSES those who are GENTLE & LOWLY, for the WHOLE EARTH will BELONG to THEM. GOD BLESSES those who are HUNGRY & THIRSTY FOR JUSTICE, for they will Receive it in FULL. GOD BLESSES those who are MERCIFUL, for they will be SHOWN MERCY. GOD BLESSES those whose HEARTS are PURE, for they will SEE GOD. GOD BLESSES those who WORK FOR PEACE, for they will be CALLED the CHILDREN OF GOD. GOD BLESSES those who are PERSECUTED because they LIVE for GOD for the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN is THEIRS. GOD BLESSES you when you are MOCKED and PERSECUTED and LIED about because you are MY FOLLOWERS. BE HAPPPY about it! BE VERY GLAD! For a GREAT REWARD AWAITS YOU IN HEAVEN. And REMEMBER, the ANCIENT PROPHETS were PERSECUTED, too.”

48 – They Acknowledge, Embrace, & Obey God’s Sovereign Will for Their Lives

• James 4:13–17 “Look here, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we are going to a certain town and will stay there a year. WE WILL do Business there and make a profit.” How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the Morning Fog (a Vapor)—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone. What you ought to say is, “IF THE LORD WANTS US TO, WE WILL LIVE AND DO THIS OR THAT.” Otherwise you are Boasting about your OWN PLANS, and all such Boasting is EVIL. Remember, it is SIN to know what you ought to do and then not do it.”
• Acts 18:21 “As he left, however, he said, “I will come back later, GOD WILLING. Then he set sail from Ephesus.”
• Romans 1:10 “One of the things I always Pray for is the Opportunity, GOD WILLING, to come at last to see you.”
• Romans 15:32 “Then, by the WILL OF GOD, I will be able to come to you with a Joyful Heart, and we will be an Encouragement to each other.”
• 1 Cor 4:19 “But I will come—and soon—IF THE LORD LETS ME, and then I’ll find out whether these Arrogant people just give Pretentious Speeches or whether they really have God’s Power.”
• 1 Cor 16:7 “This time I don’t want to make just a short visit and then go right on. I want to come and stay awhile, IF THE LORD WILL LET ME.“
• Philippians 2:19 “IF THE LORD JESUS IS WILLING, I hope to send Timothy to you soon for a visit. Then he can Cheer me up by telling me how you are getting along.”
• Philippians 2:24 “And I have CONFIDENCE FROM THE LORD that I myself will come to see you soon.”
• Hebrews 6:3 “And so, GOD WILLING, we will move forward to further understanding.”
• Rom 12:2 (NKJV) “Do NOT be CONFORMED to this WORLD, but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your MIND, that you may PROVE what is that GOOD and ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT WILL of GOD.”

• Colossians 1:9-10 “So we have not stopped Praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WILL and to give you Spiritual Wisdom and Understanding. Then the way you live will always Honor and Please the Lord, and your lives will Produce every kind of Good Fruit. All the while, you will Grow as you learn to know God better and better.”
• Colossians 4:12 “Epaphras, a member of your own Fellowship and a Servant of Christ Jesus, sends you his greetings. He always prays earnestly for you, asking God to make you strong and perfect, fully confident that you are FOLLOWING THE WHOLE WILL OF GOD.”
• Hebrews 13:20-21 “Now may the God of peace— who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the Great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an Eternal Covenant with his blood— may he equip you with all you need for DOING HIS WILL. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every Good Thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever!”
• Philippians 2:12-13 “My beloved, as you have always Obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own Salvation with Fear and Trembling; for it is GOD WHO WORKS IN YOU BOTH TO WILL AND TO DO FOR HIS GOOD PLEASURE.”

49 – They are Not Prejudiced – They Show No Partiality to the: Rich, Poor, Skin Color, Race, Etc.

• James 2:1-8 “My dear brothers and sisters, HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOU HAVE FAITH in our Glorious Lord Jesus Christ IF YOU FAVOR SOME PEOPLE OVER OTHERS? For example, suppose someone comes into your meeting dressed in FANCY CLOTHES AND EXPENSIVE JEWELRY, AND ANOTHER COMES IN WHO IS POOR AND DRESSED IN DIRTY CLOTHES. If you GIVE SPECIAL ATTENTION and a GOOD SEAT to the RICH PERSON, but you say to the POOR ONE, “You can STAND over there, or else SIT on the floor”—well, DOESN’T THISDISCRIMINATION SHOW THAT YOUR JUDGMENTS ARE GUIDED BY EVIL MOTIVES? Listen to me, dear brothers and sisters. Hasn’t God CHOSEN THE POOR IN THIS WORLD TO BE RICH IN FAITH? Aren’t they the ones who will INHERIT THE KINGDOM HE PROMISED TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM? But you dishonor the POOR! Isn’t it the RICH WHO OPPRESS YOU and drag you into court? Aren’t they the ones who SLANDER JESUS CHRIST, whose noble name you bear? Yes indeed, it is good when you OBEY THE ROYAL LAW as found in the Scriptures: “LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”
• Acts 10:35 Peter said: “I most certainly understand now that God is NOT ONE TO SHOW PARTIALITY, BUT IN EVERY NATION THE MAN WHO FEARS HIM AND DOES WHAT IS RIGHT, IS WELCOME TO HIM.” 
• Acts 10:28 “You know it is against our Laws for a JEWISH MAN to enter a GENTILE HOME like this or to associate with you. But GOD HAS SHOWN ME THAT I SHOULD NO LONGER THINK OF ANYONE AS IMPURE OR UNCLEAN.”
• Romans 2:11 “For there is NO PARTIALITY (or favoritism) with God.”
• John 4:9 The woman (at the well) was surprised, for JEWS refuse to have anything to do with SAMARITANS. She said to Jesus, “You are a JEW, and I am a SAMARITAN WOMAN. Why are you asking me for a drink?” (Jesus shows no partiality)
• Exodus 23:3 “And DO NOT SLANT YOUR TESTIMONY in favor of a person just because that PERSON IS POOR.”
• Exodus 30:15 ” When this offering is given to the Lord to purify your lives, making you right with him, THE RICH MUST NOT GIVE MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED AMOUNT, AND THE POOR MUST NOT GIVE LESS.”
• Leviticus 19:15 “Do NOT TWIST JUSTICE in legal matters by FAVORING THE POOR OR BEING PARTIAL TO THE RICH AND POWERFUL. ALWAYS JUDGE PEOPLE FAIRLY.“
• Deuteronomy 10:17 “For the Lord your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God who does NOT SHOW PARTIALITY nor take a bribe.”
• 2 Chronicles 19:7 “Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have NO PART IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OR PARTIALITY or the taking of a bribe.”
• Job 34:19 “Who shows NO PARTIALITY TO PRINCES NOR REGARDS THE RICH ABOVE THE POOR, For they all are the work of His hands?”

50 – They Do Not Allow the Cares & Worries of This Life to Dominate Their Mind and Conversations

• Matthew 6:31-32 Jesus says,”So don’t WORRY about these things, saying, ‘What will we EAT? What will we DRINK? What will we WEAR?’ THESE THINGS DOMINATE THE THOUGHTS OF UNBELIEVERS, but your Heavenly Father already knows ALL your Needs.”
• Philippians 3:18-19 “For I have told you often before, and I say it again with tears in my eyes, that there are many whose conduct shows they are really Enemies of the Cross of Christ. They are headed for destruction. Their god is their Appetite, they brag about shameful things, and THEY THINK ONLY ABOUT THIS LIFE HERE ON EARTH.”
• John 3:31-32 John the Baptist says, “He (Jesus) has come from above and is Greater than anyone else. We are of the Earth, and we SPEAK OF EARTHLY THINGS, but He has come from Heaven and is Greater than anyone else. He testifies about what He has Seen and Heard, but how FEW BELIEVE what He tells them!”
